When working in occupied spaces, we understand that facilities must maintain all critical services. In addition, unimpeded staff operations and the safety and comfort of patients/residents are our foremost concerns. Bearing this in mind, we work closely with your facilities staff and the design team to create a site-specific safety program and detailed construction schedules and phasing plans. Safety, security, logistics, and construction phasing are key issues. Our dedicated construction staff is thoroughly familiar with the special needs of working in occupied space on active campuses. Communication with facilities staff is a top priority, and we are sensitive to scheduling construction operations with regard to institution schedules.
